  I had one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered here. The hostess seated us, but moments later some of the wait staff came over and told us to leave. They were extremely rude as we were walking out. What made it more confusing was that they allowed two men to remain at the bar but still asked us to leave, and I couldn’t understand why. When I calmly said, “Okay, no problem,” a waitress followed me outside and aggressively asked, “What did you say?”—which felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

  Hostess sat us and a server asked us to leave because hours were not updated on the doors. She was very rude even if it was after hours we did not know she was very rude and seemed like she wanted to pick a fight with us. We were respectful and left.

  Horrible customer service waited more than an hour for food some of us didn't get food until 30 minutes after everyone else didn't get silverware until after we got foodmow tof our food was sitting in a warmer until everything else was done

  This place is a big show it looks nice but when I went the waiters where's not friendly. i had some small issues but nothing I can't get over . Except the waitress was not friendly. I had keep finding her and I always felt like I was doing something wrong by asking questions or that I needed help with an issue. My husband just ended up sending his burger back and didn't want it bec of way we were treated. They always burn their bacon the burnt taste takes over the Burger 🍔

  So I came in with my family to enjoy lunch and that wasn’t the case it, ended up being musical chairs with my plates. Every one of our dishes were wrong and they kept trying to right them but came back with another mistake. Worst of all I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I guess they were growing the strawberry’s I’m still waiting on it. I’m hungry, thirsty and now ordering a camping set to stay overnight because that lemonade still isn’t here.
