It took over two hours to get our food.. drinks were only refilled once or twice. There was no checking up, or updates on the food. We got there at 7:00 and remained till 10:00, nobody even ate because the food came out cold and as if it was sitting out for ages. They are always ridiculously slow, however I do not blame the kitchen..this is a servers issue that they tend to have every time I’ve ever been.

Atmosphere was great, but it took my family of 3 an hour and a half after being seated to get our food. Our waitress was busy, but for the first hour she never even stopped by after our order was placed.most of the food was cold when it finally

Horrible service and a sad excuse of an apology. We sat down around 7:30 pm, ordered around 7:50 pm and didn’t get our food until a whopping 9:20 pm. We sat and watched multiple other tables sit down, order, get served, eat, and leave all before we ever got our food. I’m normally a very understanding person, but it’s frustrating watching parties that sat down half an hour after us get served their food and then still have to wait a good sum of time for our food. Not to mention, If you’re going to have someone wait an hour and a half for their meal then I expect a manager to come out and apologize as opposed to having the server (who really could’ve cared less) try and string together an excuse. And on top of that we were told that our meal would be “comped” which by definition means free btw, only to be greeted by a pity discount on the bill at the end. Lastly, after this extreme inconvenience i’d expect a person to do their due diligence to make sure our service the rest of the time is excellent, but after asking twice for a to-go box, it was forgotten, twice. We had get up and get a separate server to get us one. 0/10 experience, it felt like a bad prank due to the nature of how we were treated. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Lawton today 2/12/26. I exited my vehicle to pick up a to go order when a host who works here was parked in the fire lane. She looked directly at me and continued driving toward me, nearly hitting me. She then rolled down her window and began cussing at me. The employee’s name is Terri. This behavior was aggressive, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Parking in a fire lane, nearly hitting a customer, and verbally attacking them is inexcusable. I am posting video proof of the incident. Management needs to address this immediately before someone gets seriously hurt.

This is the 2nd time in 5 years that we have been to this location. The 1st time the food was just meh.. not very fresh and didnt taste great. Which is the reason for not going back for so long. Tonight we walked in right at about 6 and we're seated pretty quickly. The resteraunt was busy but not crazy. Our waitress took a good 10 to 15 min before even coming to our table. We were brought 1 drink that we ordered and then about 10 to 15 min passed by before the other 4 drinks were brought. The waitress walked away and came back about 10 min later to take our order.. we started to order and midway through a sentence our waitress cut me off and said she forgot to tell the kitchen something and that she would be back... ok fine... another 10 or so min goes by and she finally comes back to us. We ordered an appetizer and one of the kids meals we were getting and then asked about a saice to try. She said she would put the order in fir what we gave her and go get the sauce and come back to finish.. yet another 10 or so min before rhe dauce came.. she left the sauce on the table and disappeared for another 25 or so min before coming back to our table to finish taking our order. Once she took the full order it was another 15 min after that before we got the appetizer and kids meal.. she sat everything down disappeared again. At this point we still dont have silverware, napkins, plates straws and empty drinks. We chow in the appetizer and my littlest kids ate.. its now almost 730 and we still don't have our food. At this point we have been jere an hr and half. I went to speak the the manager and she seemed sweet and concerned.. she sent a host to check on our food and apologized for the waitresses lack of waiting on us.. the host came back and said our food was about ready. 10 min later the food comes.... everything was dry.. cold and had filmes over the Mac and cheese. The food looked and tasted as if it had been sitting for quite some time. The thing out of 3 people's meals that was fresh were my potato wedges. We were starving by then.. it was almost 8 and just ate some if it. 2 of us barely ate half of our food becaise it wasnt good. Our bill was $95.00. For terrible food, terrible service. We were not offered a discount or any type of compensation for our experience. This was very disappointing and I will not go back. The waitress did tell us to download the app and we could get one of our wing orders for free.. which we did and we paid $80. Just sharing my experience, I hope this will help the staff do better in the future.
