  I would give zero stars if that was an option. Hey Arby's, here's a thought: when I order a regular roast beef, stop giving me the beef and cheddar. It happens every single time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. At this point, it's stopped being an 'accident' and is now a habit. Your 'cheese' is nasty, and I don't want it. I get that it's a really, really hard job to take an online order, but I'm done. I don't expect anyone to actually respond or fix this, just warning others that this particular store just doesn't care. For anyone reading this, the response to my review is just a way to remove negative reviews. I tried to follow up on the link provided, but even after so many redundant questions, at the end, there was no 'submit' button. Just don't go to the Sheridan and Gore location. The owners are more interested in removing negative reviews than actually making changes to improve reviews.

  Stopped at Arby's on Sheridan Road in Lawton last night have to say very disappointed. Ordered two Arby BBQ sandwiches and a Ruben what a mess when opened the bbq sandwich it looked like they took a laddel spoon and just slapped it on sauce was all over wrapper and sandwiche roll was wet. The Ruben didn't have any taste at all and that hard when using corned beef. We won't be going back there anytime soon. Owner really needs to start overseeing businesse quality food isn't good.
