  Do NOT order the boozy Dunkin cold brew. We ordered these to try and were brought half full cups. When we requested this be fixed, they did, but were sure to let us know they were made with the exact measurements... though neither drink had the same amount as the other. They 'fixed' these for us and brought us the same two back, topped off... both with different amounts in the cup. Last time we were here, we walked out. Sat for 2 hours with a big crowd, with no service. This might be my last try here.

  I ordered on the app 6 bone in wings with carrots, celery and ranch. My order was sitting on the shelf when I arrived early for pickup. No one was around so I grabbed the bag and went to my car. I came immediately back in to ask for napkins as there were none in the bag. After a few minutes someone barely popped their head out the door so I loudly asked for napkins. The blonde employee handed me some and I walked to my car, again. I had to come back again to ask for the ranch I had ordered since the cup I received was barely 1/4 of the way full. There was a male he said okay and went into the kitchen. A female came out and asked me my name. I told her and she went back into the kitchen. A different female came out and said " She's gonna have to pay for that." I then interrupted the three employees to say I only wanted a cup of ranch that was over half way if possible all the way full as mine was not and I had 6 wings, carrots and celery so I needed ranch. I asked her if she really needed me to pay for what I already paid for and did not receive. I also said had I dined in this would not be an issue and you would have just brought me ranch. Not sure why it took three people and multiple conversations to get my ranch cup but it did. I finally got everything I had originally ordered after three trips inside. The last employee that said I had to pay for the ranch ended up giving me a almost full 2 oz. cup and the cup I brought back in. The wings were delicious cooked perfectly. I forgot to order well done but these were perfect. I don't like my food was sitting on a shelf with no warmer when the app said my order wasn't ready for another 10 minutes. Had I waited my food would be cold. And after all the trips inside it wasn't piping hot like it had just been made but they were good. Good job back of the house!

  Ordered an appetizer and our drinks, once we got our drinks we ordered our food. They brought our appetizer out at the same time as our food. The whole purpose of an appetizer is to be able to eat some of it before you get your food, not eat it as a side with you main meal. Just because the kitchen is not busy doesn't mean they should cook it at the same time. So next time I'm not ordering my food until we are almost done with out appetizer.

  A great place to see sports, the food was good, the service was a bit slow but the restaurant was busy the night we were there so just give yourself a little extra time in your schedule for dinner. Yes we would go back.

  Horrible service and a sad excuse of an apology. We sat down around 7:30 pm, ordered around 7:50 pm and didn’t get our food until a whopping 9:20 pm. We sat and watched multiple other tables sit down, order, get served, eat, and leave all before we ever got our food. I’m normally a very understanding person, but it’s frustrating watching parties that sat down half an hour after us get served their food and then still have to wait a good sum of time for our food. Not to mention, If you’re going to have someone wait an hour and a half for their meal then I expect a manager to come out and apologize as opposed to having the server (who really could’ve cared less) try and string together an excuse. And on top of that we were told that our meal would be “comped” which by definition means free btw, only to be greeted by a pity discount on the bill at the end. Lastly, after this extreme inconvenience i’d expect a person to do their due diligence to make sure our service the rest of the time is excellent, but after asking twice for a to-go box, it was forgotten, twice. We had get up and get a separate server to get us one. 0/10 experience, it felt like a bad prank due to the nature of how we were treated. Extremely disappointing.
