    Asked (and PAID) for extra onion straws on my burger, got none instead. Asked for less ice in my drink, got a cup full of ice and a little bit of liquid. Not cool.

    It said my food was on its way clearly I don't see it.I've been here for twenty minutes and still no food come on, sonic, you can do better than that. Now it don't say nothing on my screen.

    Service is crappy, why do they keep getting my order wrong. Its a simple drink and bugar.

    Lately they are taking forever to take my order, the whole place was full, I was really annoyed, I tried to be reasonable, but I saw through their window they had a bunch of people in there. This was ridiculous. They also got my order wrong.
