  Been to this location about 5 times . 4 of those times were great !! This time however , things were different . Started off by having to wait way longer than usual , Ordered a 5 piece tender combo and 2 double smasher combos . only got 4 tenders and they were either overcooked or the grease needed changing . I said I wanted large fries and drinks with my other 2 combos and only got a small handful of fries . Even though we ordered tenders , we were charged for the groovy sauce ??? It's always came with the tenders in the past , not sure when they started charging ?? Crazy too cause I was just bragging about this sonic and I even tipped more this time than normal and then this happened . I rarely eat fast food anymore because of these type of problems , not sure I'll be going back here as often after this .

  Called to make sure they were open. They answered and said they were open for another hour. I showed up 20 minutes later to order and the whole place was closed down.

  Beyond impressed with my visit. Its been years since I enjoyed a Sonic meal like this. I'll drive the extra miles to come to this one.

  There's a reason I don't leave tips at this sonic, main reason is customer service is always bad, half the staff acts like its a burden to do their job, hardly smile, and and just seem like they could care less(theres 2 ladies in the morning that are absolutely amazing and always greet me with a smile and a goodmorning) . I didn't realize this location opens at 8am (on a sunday nonetheless) for customers, sat in the lot for about 25 minutes before I realized what the deal was, would've taken the employees all but 5 seconds to answer the machine or step outside and let me know they didn't open til 8 and I could've went on about my day. If customer serviced improved it'd be a great location, never have any complaints on the actual food

  ALWAYS PRETTY ON TOP OF THINGS.. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THEY HIRE YOUNG KIDS... IN JONES, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM JUST CALL THE MANAGER, RILEY, HE'S A REAL STAND UP GUY.. JUST TELL HIM ABOUT THE MIX UP AND HE'LL FIX IT... $#1+ HAPPENS, MAN, CMON, DON'T BE SUCH A WUSS ABOUT A FRIGGIN LITTLE MEAL... TAKE 1/2 A BABY ASPIRIN AND GET OVER IT... GIVE RILEY A CHANCE TO DO HIS JOB AND BE NICE ABOUT IT. I NEVER MET THE MAN BUT HE WAS SUPER COOL ABOUT EVERYTHING
