  This is hands down the worst Sonic. Every Sonic sucks anymore but this one takes the cake. It takes FOREVER (25+ min) then the order never comes out right and it takes even longer to get the corrected order out. Don't expect a large order of cheese tots to fill the coney boat they come in. You're lucky if there's half an order in there. It's not just bad day vibes like maybe next time will be better. No, it's all the time. Idk how Sonic is in business anymore. It was the BEST place to go eat and hang with friends 10+ years ago but clearly the generation working in there now is not of the same caliber.

  Again I wait 20 minutes trying to order and I walk up to a car hop and you tell me you’re busy. The machine keeps timing out and have to push the button. I tried to ask for help. I ended up driving off. Second time in two weeks. I’m not coming back to this one for a while. I hope you fix whatever is going on. Locations are closing everywhere. What’s up sonic???

  How is this the worst Sonic ever? I have been twice in 5 years. The first time they never took my order. The second time they told me they weren't taking orders because they were "trying to get caught up." What in the world is going on here?

  I stopped going to the Sonic in Jenks because the food was always cold. So, I tried to give them one more try. This is my first time in two years visiting this establishment. I ordered the coney meal, there had to be two tablespoons of chili, barely any cheese and my onion rings were cold. And the chili was salty! There were only three other cars parked and it took them a while to bring my order out. The food could have at least been hot since it took them a while to bring my order out. I tried to pay with my credit card but there was something wrong and I paid when my food was brought out. The attendant was not friendly. She gave me my food so fast and walked off that I had to call her back to give her a tip. I am done with Sonics. I would have to be homeless and starving before I ever, and I do mean ever, give my money to this Sonics again!

  I really wish that zero stars was an option. I hate picking up DoorDash’s from this place. I refuse to order from this place. I will unassigned from orders from this place because they are just absolutely terrible at customer service. They are absolutely terrible at making sure that they are fast and friendly. The people who work there are just disgusting and rude. They do not care about the wait times they do not care that. They just don’t care they do not care. I have lost my completion rates for DoorDash because of this store, I have dropped from platinum status to gold status because of the store I refuse to pick up from the store because they are so terrible at customer service. They need to fire and rehire a completely new staff at this storeThe management sucks. The crew sucks everybody there sucks. They need an entire new staff to make that store something different than what it is because they suck. I hate this location. it is a total reflection of what the owners allowed to take place there so the owner suck too. During a lunch rush on a Saturday when they come over the intercom at the drive-in and say we’re so sorry we have a 45 minute wait time. Did you still wanna order that’s a problem when all I had was two drinks to pick up and one was a cup of ice that’s an issue.
