  Your sonic in Jenks do make the best hamburgers and I've tried alot of Sonics. But here lately their tatot tots taste like old grease, which in turn made my hamburger taste like it. And today I got their fries, greasy, chewy and tasted like old grease. Need to change their grease or filter it better. Ugh!

  This location, Jenks Main Street. Actually has a very sweet stuff members. Following the policies, I am sure, but still, very nice.

  Maybe the worst service ever? Put in our order, waited 25 mins, finally got someone who came out to tell us they hadn’t even started it yet. Unreal. Just asked a refund and drove off…

  Wish 0 stars was an option, surprised I haven’t written a review sooner. I’m actually sitting at the drive through right now, she asked me what I wanted to order and then just stopped responding completely. I can hear workers to through the speaker and they are just ignoring me and pretending I’m not there. This has happened countless times. This place’s customer service absolutely sucks and I cannot even believe they are still in business.

  They do not answer the speaker, you can hear them come on as if they are going to take your order and then it goes silent, and the red button is activated so there for you cannot push it again, you are simply just ignored. This has happened to me at least 4 times over the past couple of months and today was my last attempt, I pulled into a stall around 8:30 this morning, pushed the button, was ignored, I immediately pulled out of that stall and into another one and the same thing happened, crazy thing is I was the ONLY car in the parking lot other than 2 others in the pick up stalls. Do not plan your breakfast here if you are on the way to work or plan your lunch here if you are on a time crunch and for sure don’t wait for them to answer the speaker because they won’t!!
