I ordered too five dollar meals and and they forgot my chicken nuggets , and I went back , and they gave me one 4 piece, and didn't get my sauce and I got it a mcnugget , was only two in it and Basically out of all soda and tea and the ice cream machine was down

Just went up there and ordered a hotcake breakfast….does anyone see what’s missing? The most important part of the breakfast is missing. I’ve called several times and nobody is answering the phone. This is really irritating the lady handing out the food was rushing and even got mad 😡 when i was like no I had orange juice not a Coke. And we just got home and this is what I found. If I wanted a sausage, biscuit and egg without a pancake I’d had ordered that.

My bestie went thru the drive thru on Christmas night we both ordered in app and paid. Got to the intercom gave our codes and she was told they are out of fries can we sub? Sure apple pie ok. We waited in line over an hour only to get to the pick up window to a very rude person telling us I don’t have ur order, it didn’t process, didn’t come thru to her screen besides I have no fries, no apple pies, no sweet tea and no cookies-that was our order, she was rude enuff we finally left she wud do nothing and said we wud get refunded-never got our refund. Terrible window service

El personal no le importa el cliente solo son buenos para cobrar y punto . Les dije tres veces que ocupaba ketchup y no me dieron ni una sola y aparte. Pedí 4 pieces de pollo y solo llego 3. Muy mal servicio la verdad.Y todavía me querían dar 2 kids meals qué no eran míos. Trabajan dormidos qué incompentes

1st let me say I appreciate you being open on Christmas.
However if your going to be open then you should still prepare orders correctly.
My sons whole order was left out and my oatmeal was cold and had literally 2 bites and no toppings.
I tried calling for like 30 minutes and no answer. I was actually picked up and hung up on twice.
I understand it is busy but you should also have some way of customers letting you know they did not get items.
