Here are just 2 examples of the incompetency and disrespect of the employees. 1. Today when we pulled into the drive through the person taking our order was a blonde male with a mustache (we saw him making faces at us when we drove off). As he was taking our order he was talking in a high pitched voice and giggling. He was being so ridiculous that he couldn’t get our simple order right. We got so frustrated that we gave up and drove away. This is when we saw him in the pay window making faces at us clearly not worried that he had run off a customer. 2. Once we stopped to order large fries. When we ordered them from the drive through we were told “we are out of fries”. So we said, “ok nevermind”. They replied, “we can get you a small fry”. I’m not sure who is doing the hiring or managing of this McDonalds but after multiple experiences like this, we will not be going back.
