The last few times everyone has been super happy and nice even at 5 am! Maybe they were having an off week before…but seriously no other coffee shop tastes better than Dutch so I just can’t walk away! I have been going to this location regularly for quite some time, but haven’t reviewed it until now unfortunately! I love the coffee… a little obsessed, but the past mornings have made me want to run away and never come back. I had two different girls on two different days that were obviously very annoyed that they had to serve me a drink at 5am. The first girl clearly didn’t want to serve me it felt like I was ruining her day, I thought I was at one of those restaurants that treat you bad on purpose! The second girl not as bad as the first but still annoyed I was there. I usually get sweet workers that ask me where I’m headed or make small talk…. But man the annoyance was palpable. Are they new? Did they get the short end of the stick and get stuck with 5am shifts? Well I did get the short end of the stick because I’m working busy season in audit for the 13th year in a row and that means I need caffeine!! Anyways, now I probably need to switch to the new 7Brew down the street because I can’t show my face here again in fear I’ll get my coffee in my lap next time! I’ll miss you Dutch Bros you were my hero!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
