  I went there today and the cashier was rude. She also tried to steal my card. She pretended to put the receipt + the card in the bag when she handed me my food but she kept the card. I am very lucky to have checked to make sure I had the card before I got too far. And when I came back to get it, she took forever to give it to me. I’m not sure what kind of operation is going on at this Arby’s. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this.

  Gal at the drive thru window couldn't remember which drink was which, of the 2... Then gave me Arbys sauce instead of Horsey Sauce... And when they finally handed us our food the Large Curls fries(2) were barely full enough to fill one large carton. SMH, do better. I realize it's fast food. But it's fast food at least get the most basic things correct. Aadcdnggajeb DT348

  Great little Arby’s clean space and good food. The real star is the guy working the front counter Lawerence. Quick to smile easy to laugh nice break on a cold day. Wish there was a Lawrence everywhere.
