  One of the associates helped me use the kiosk, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to eat I'm 62 is it too hard to just have a person take your order really?

  Ordered 4 large drinks and paid for the large drinks and was given small with a "Sorry we are out of large" Not an offer to refund the difference or anything and then when I asked for the difference back was given an attitude and said you can refill the cup as much as you want ...I can do that with a large as well. Very rude employees

  Currently sitting inside right now and listening to petite girl gripe about my order and when people come up to the window she says "no go away, we're closed" uhmm ma'am my big order is due to the increase of family and Taco Bell because we all enjoy the food. Forgive me!! If you dont like your job, find a new one. Yes, yes that was me that also got that party pack 🤣😌 not to mention my order was placed at 12:20 I didnt leave the restaurant until 1:00. Would definitely not recommend this location Taco Bell unless you feel like hearing the workers judge your order and slow service.

  Just got done working a long shift, and decided to go to Taco Bell. I ordered a burrito and loaded nacho fries. It took 25 minutes, they also had no small bills so when I paid with a $20 I got $4 in quarters, they didn’t even give me mild sauce, they gave me hot. The older lady even emitted to knocking my order off screen and just forgetting it.
