- RWRonald WrightFeb 24, 20261.0I ordered two Big New Yorkers. One was cut correctly; the other was not. One was way overcooked with cold toppings still on it because the manager added the missing toppings after it was cooked, then ran it through the oven again for about 90 seconds. The wings we ordered literally had enough sauce at the bottom of the container for one piece of chicken. The pieces of chicken were extra small, like popcorn chicken. The employees making the food left the line and came back without washing their hands. The fryer employee wore gloves to fold boxes but nothing else and also served customers without ever washing his hands in between serving and frying. This place is a food safety nightmare with zero care for how you get your food and if it is even made to Pizza Hut standards. Yum Brands needs to pull this franchise's license, and no one wears hairnets. This order was placed on 2/23/26. The order placed on 2/17/25 also had major issues. An email was sent with a return message that they would get ahold of us within 3 days, and that hasn't happened, which means they have zero care and concern for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise everyone to get pizza somewhere else.
