    Food had too many onions in my burrito and they werent cooked onions which made it overwhelming to taste the egg or sausage or anything else.

    This store by far has to be the worst Sonic I have ever in my life been to. I placed my order then when it came out it was wrong. So I pushed the button I asked to speak to a manager and a CarHop was sent out. Then they took my food back inside and remade my order and after I told them several times no mayonnaise they still put a massive amount of mayonnaise on my hamburger. So I called back in asked to speak to a manager again upset because I told them I was allergic two mayonnaise and they put mayonnaise on my burger again. As well as the CarHop they sent out the last time picking her nose no lie. The only reason I'm even giving this one star is because the manager is obviously very understanding and is working so hard trying to keep that store pulled together and you could tell she was extremely exhausted. She was absolutely fabulous. Given the fact that I have CarHop for sonics on and off for 26 years of my life. I could truly see what kind of a manager she is. Not only did she go in and personally make my food herself the right way and fresh but she also refunded my money as well. She was very polite and understanding. Fast and prompt. Bless her heart. I know she is worn out having to go begging a bunch of teenage kids who clearly just don't WANT to learn or "get it" when it comes to providing good customer service or caring about your guest. When people show up to buy food we are not just customers we are guest and should be treated with respect it definitely goes to show when some people's kids just have no home training these days and it's so sad that we have this generation raised on video games so bad they don't even know how to interact with the public in live person. I'm about to put my application in. Hey ma'am "manager" let me come help you and show you how we can turn that store around beautiful. I can and I will.

    Not sure if this establishment is even open. Pulled up, two cars in the lot, no customers. Pushed the button to order, sit there for five min of my 30 min break with no one even answering to take my order. Than a car pulls up, a random worker brinks a bag of ice out and hands it to the person. Still no answer on the speaker. So I left and will never be back. Smh like no wonder there's no customers, the staff is either lazy or just incompetent of their job. Either way very bad for business.
