  They want you to do their job for them and ring your self up and pay and when you go through the drive through they don't get your order right

  The ladies in the morning are always so nice and professional, as well as the night crew, the guys and girls are always professional, and curtious, and go above and beyond every time.

  I think it’s a massive insult to have your customers come in and order their food and ring it up. When you try to order something and something comes with it that you don’t want the system will not let you proceed until you pick something it forces you to order something you don’t want and then you ask the lady at the front desk to make sure that you don’t get charged for it and she says you’ll have to order something else. We can’t make it not charge you for something you don’t want. I asked the lady behind the desk if she could ring me up in person since the computer was messing up my order and she proceeded to say no the computer is not working after she locked her screen, which was a blatant lie. The food I ordered, looked absolutely nothing in size wise that it did on the menu screen it looked much larger than when it came out of the kitchen.
