  Really seriously getting tired of ordering my sandwiches TOASTED and I don’t get toasted sandwiches. I order online because I have a family of five and I’m not dragging everybody out of the house just to go over there and order a sandwhich. The app asks you if you want to toast it or not I always mark toasted and I never ever ever get it toasted. It’s so frustrating. Like how hard is it to put it in stupid toaster oven for five seconds? Geez!!! START TOASTING WHEN PEOPLE ASK FOR IT!!! It’s not that hard to do your job.

  I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through! They don’t even acknowledge you. If they are going to have a drive through option they should have enough staff to take care of the front counter and window.

  Subway only puts 50% of the meat that they used too on the cold cut combo sandwiches. My sandwich reminded me of the old "Wheres the beef" Wendys commercials. Needless to say, i think i am done with Subways new cost savings business approach.

  Very skimpy on veggies they ran out of tomato and they were extremely slow. I will drive the extra mile to the location on choctaw road or mcloud rd for the better food and service. Very dissatisfied with this location . The entire time we r in there it was one or two being helped four in line behind them . All while the workers complained in front of the customer and they weren't shy or quiet about it.
