Several instances, unfortunately. My bad for continuing to think they prefer to disappoint customers and continuing to go back expecting different results. There chicken strips are very good though, I must say.

Young man took our order stopping to yell everything back to kitchen, then knowing ice machine had no ice handed me cups with no ice. So I had to go back to the counter to get ice and wait for it. Then waiting for food that tastes like bad frying oil and cold hash browns. They were having more fun playing Marco Polo than making sure food was edible.
