The food is usually decent but every time we go, they are out of something. Usually ham. What kind of place that has ham all over the menu runs out all the time? Several instances, unfortunately. My bad for continuing to think they prefer to disappoint customers and continuing to go back expecting different results. There chicken strips are very good though, I must say.

What is it with this place?? We've had three incorrect orders in a row; we get home to discover missing items, missing condiments, missing cutlery, no napkins...it really dampens our enthusiasm for a return visit.

Soda and ice machine were very old and had mold. All soda was flat. No ice in the ice machines.People were friendly. Would not recommend.

I will stop at this Arby’s again. It started off well but just kept getting worse. Young man took our order stopping to yell everything back to kitchen, then knowing ice machine had no ice handed me cups with no ice. So I had to go back to the counter to get ice and wait for it. Then waiting for food that tastes like bad frying oil and cold hash browns. They were having more fun playing Marco Polo than making sure food was edible.

Service was severely lacking this facility takes roughly 30-40 minutes every time I try to get food from the establishment
