  They double charged my order when I pulled up to the drive through after placing an order on the mobile app, for 45 dollars , double charge = 90$. They gave me one order and I asked how do I get my money back and the lady said go on the app and I made report tickets yet zero communication in over a week, so I called my bank to file a dispute and the bank asked me to go and ask the restaurant if they'd fix the order before I proceeded and they said they can't even make the order or give the money back ,but there willing to double charge you. I like taco bell , but that double charge and refusal to offer a resolution costs you a 1 star review because it's forcing me a lot to get money back that's essentially being stolen now.

  Without fail almost every time I get a quesadilla from this location it’s cold and not even melted. The staff is super friendly and I’ve never had problems with them. I just wish my food was warm.
