Employee was rude Left with nothing and took my business somewhere else. Might wanna update your signs and Google hours or you could continue to lose business

Every other order seemed to be messed up, and they were quick to blame it on their new cook. Never apologized or showed any bit of hospitality. I went up to get gravy for my chicken, I was given ranch by mistake. One of the 2 girls was quick to be hateful and tell the younger girl I asked "if they want both you have to charge them" with a hateful tone. I just hope either of them are not a manager. It will only hurt this location.

Numerous times they have just said that ingredients not available. Tonight we ask before ordering “you have everything to make one and told yes”. No bananas and mostly strawberries. - ZRZachary ReshovskySep 14, 20251.0Bottom of the barrel, WORST SERVICE I have had from Dairy Queen in a long time. I look forward to writing a COMPLAINT to company headquarters about my experience. It was that bad. I contacted these people and staff literally had no idea what they were talking about at first. Do they not train these people? I asked about prices and received an "I'm sorry can you repeat that", then an "I'm sorry what", before finally getting information on food and shake prices. This experience with service staff is SO much worse than experiences I have had in other parts of the country at fast food restaurants. Please do better for the next customer. To customers: I would recommend you save your money and keep driving. To company management: please consider retraining your employees about having better knowledge of product.
