  This is the most poorly managed DQ I’ve been to. Always understaffed. Bathrooms are disgusting. The chocolate ice cream machine never works. Today, as an example, the lobby was closed due to staffing issues. For the limited restaurants in our town, this DQ could do good business with better management.

  I came to dairy queen with two other people, one of which recently got a box of rats he got for pets. We decided to stop by and eat before heading all the way back to Vinita. When we got there and ordered the staff seemed interested in the box and some even wanted to see them. Once we sat down at the table, two waitresses came up to see the rats i cant really remeber much but the really cute waitress made a comment about their cats and we started to speak about our cats. They were very friendly and made my day. They spoke very kindly and friendly with me and overall provided a great experience. Once we got our food It was very good, especially the fries. but the really cute waitress i spoke to makes me wanna visit again even though i live in Vinita.

  3 times in a row I have doordashed, no mayo,ketchup or tomatoes, mustard instead, 3 times they have purposely reversed order, when you call the manager, I'm expected to drive 4 miles to get the correct order myself, hire employees that can read or BETTER YET, GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MANAGER NEEDS TO GO.

  Went into the lobby at 9:20pm for some ice cream and was told their lobby is closed when signs posted said 10pm. Employee was rude Left with nothing and took my business somewhere else. Might wanna update your signs and Google hours or you could continue to lose business

  The worst experience I've had coming to a DQ. The 2 older gals working up front on 12-22 around 1:30pm were incredibly rude. Every other order seemed to be messed up, and they were quick to blame it on their new cook. Never apologized or showed any bit of hospitality. I went up to get gravy for my chicken, I was given ranch by mistake. One of the 2 girls was quick to be hateful and tell the younger girl I asked "if they want both you have to charge them" with a hateful tone. I just hope either of them are not a manager. It will only hurt this location.
