I’m a regular customer at this location and typically I get an amazing flatbread with EXTRA bacon. However, when I went today I got a terrible flatbread. When I took a bite of my food, I was extremely disappointed in what I just tasted. There was barely any pieces of bacon, ZERO chipotle sauce in my CHIPOTLE chicken club. My sandwich was just dry as can be. I couldn’t even finish it cause ain’t no way I spent $13.98 on this. I called the store and the manager said “well I’m the one who made it and we rip our bacon into two pieces, so the extra bacon is in there”. The manager wasn’t rude but very dismissive. I am a loyal customer to this franchise and this particular location. With that being said I’ve had this order multiple times at various locations and I know how it’s supposed to taste and how many pieces of bacon I normally have when I order this club with extra bacon . I’m just extremely disappointed.
