- DDdylanAug 13, 20251.0disgusting customer service. don’t know basic respect when it comes to other human beings. my friend was in the car with me and laughed at a joke i made and they said “oh my god that laugh” over the speaker and then when we pulled up to the window they said “oh my god that laugh was crazy”. just disrespectful. also the smoothie was not good and barely had any flavor. if you’re in glenpool and want a smoothie, just pick something else or prepare for children at the speaker.

One worker in particular started pointing and laughing at me and my homegirl, she had a long black ponytail and glasses. The manager then proceeded to lock the door in our faces. This experience made me very uncomfortable and unappreciated as a fan of tropical smoothie, I will not be returning to this location. Please do better.
