- TMTrinity McKnight1 day ago1.0I ordered the chipotle chicken club with no tomatoes, light lettuce, and EXTRA bacon. I’m a regular customer at this location and typically I get an amazing flatbread with EXTRA bacon. However, when I went today I got a terrible flatbread. When I took a bite of my food, I was extremely disappointed in what I just tasted. There was barely any pieces of bacon, ZERO chipotle sauce in my CHIPOTLE chicken club. My sandwich was just dry as can be. I couldn’t even finish it cause ain’t no way I spent $13.98 on this. I called the store and the manager said “well I’m the one who made it and we rip our bacon into two pieces, so the extra bacon is in there”. The manager wasn’t rude but very dismissive. I am a loyal customer to this franchise and this particular location. With that being said I’ve had this order multiple times at various locations and I know how it’s supposed to taste and how many pieces of bacon I normally have when I order this club with extra bacon . I’m just extremely disappointed.

- MAMark AinbinderSep 14, 20252.03 on staff. 2 had hats on, 3rd girl wore glasses and no hat, she has long big hair. If that gets in my food or drink State will be called. My dates flat bread was super skimpy. Thai chicken wrap is better at other locations. Not going back to this one.
- DDdylanAug 13, 20251.0disgusting customer service. don’t know basic respect when it comes to other human beings. my friend was in the car with me and laughed at a joke i made and they said “oh my god that laugh” over the speaker and then when we pulled up to the window they said “oh my god that laugh was crazy”. just disrespectful. also the smoothie was not good and barely had any flavor. if you’re in glenpool and want a smoothie, just pick something else or prepare for children at the speaker.
