My hubby and I had just settled into our hotel after a long day of travel and were exhausted. I called this location, and they were very helpful. They updated the order to delivery and were so nice about making the change. The food was exactly as I had ordered it, plus it was fresh and delicious. Thanks Papa John’s team!

I order a medium original with a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi offered as an update by the live attendant at the call center. When driver arrived (very nice & professional) he gave me the pizza gave him a $5 tip and as he was walking away, I said oh my Pepsi. He went back to his car came back up with a receipt saying there was no Pepsi on the order. I know he had nothing to do with so I called the store manager he said his name was Daniel. He said nope not on the receipt. I said ok so your telling me you are charging me $18 for a medium Pizza when you are advertising 2 largest for almost half the price. He said don't know what to tell you. I said you are the manager. He said nothing I can do. So I explained he would get a bad review and it would be sent in to the BBB. Unbelievable. Food was good!
- BLBobby LinkstenJul 28, 20251.0The staff kept having to double-check the orders, and they weren’t properly bumping the orders, which is why I would call it “disorganized.” At one point, one of the staff had to ask a customer to check their food to make sure it was correct. And other staff members would have to check pizzas because they’d mix them up on the rack. I was only in the store for 15 minutes, and for them to make so many mistakes in that time during a non-busy hour is unacceptable.
