  When t husband was telling the girl our order, she kept getting it wrong. I wanted the chicken wrap with the Baja sauce, and she thought we were asking for a Baja blast. "We don't have that here" Yea, you do... we know this isn't Taco Bell. Finally, after she finally figured out what we were saying and removed the wrong items off the screen, we continued with the rest of our order. The food took forever! Once we got our order, I checked the bag and there was a cheeseburger instead of chicken bites. So we had to push the button and tell her and it took her forever to answer!

  Waited in the drive thru forever before I got waited on and then when I got to the window, the girl acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Had 6 visible employees, mostly standing around and the service was that bad! This use to be a really good sonic but as bad as the service is anymore, I have to question it's management.

  The smashers aren’t just good for fast food burgers, they’re pretty garsh darn good, if you get them from this sonic at least. Also shoutout the manager dealing with that old lady griping about not getting her bacon? I dunno but that manager has the patience of a saint

  the good is really great, as long as you try to go when the whole parking lot is not full, they make everything fresh to order, so chicken takes 5 minutes. so if you are craving chicken and you're also in a hurry, or have a huge order, maybe order ahead, through the app. also place the order, a little further than a block from the store, is your in a hurry.
