Pulled in to pick up a DoorDash order and sat at two different stalls and waited over 20 minutes to never hear any answer, but i did see someone come and peek through the window and look at me, I then pull through the drive-through and get no response and pull all the way up to the window before calling the store, whoever answered my call then walked into the main area that I could see from the window, picked up the phone and then told me they closed early, after 30 minutes of waiting I finally get an answer about what’s going on. Maybe if you’re closing early you should be prepared to let people know when they pull in?

Worst sonic ive ever been to. 2 drinks and a snack shouldn't take over 40 minutes. If I didnt already pay i would drive away.
EDIT- Ended up sitting for over an hour called the store like 10 times and finally got an answer told them to refund me so i can drive off. Said they would.. Well still haven't been refunded.

I’m super disappointed. First off we ordered at 6:42PM, and when we arrived at 7:15PM our order was still not ready. Then they messed up both or drinks. The fries were also ridiculous!! Will not be going to the one on Willow again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I dont care how busy it is how is it taking more than 20+ minutes for a drink this is insane I dont get why its always this sonic that has problems over the others
Edit: I went back to finally get my drink after calling to try and get a refund after 35 minutes, it was not the car hops fault she was new and alone during the busiest hour, I find fault with the management team for not A. Having a proper schedule made up for these busy hours and B.for not stepping up when theyre obviously short staffed. I am in sole belief the management is the problem there.
