  I can say the people are great and it’s as good as you are going to find for McDonald’s.

  I have nothing against the employees here, they were very nice and helpful towards me. My issue is with cooperate and their policies. If I place an order for breakfast before breakfast ends I should be able to get the meal that I ordered and paid for. I placed my order at 10:24, I got there at 10:31. This app is the worst out of any food apps I have used because you guys don't start naking the order until people get there. You promise that ordering through the app skips the line when in reality it just wastes time and effort for anyone who places their orders early. I have never had any other place cancel an order on me like this. 1 minute past breakfast. 1. Even though I ordered ahead of time. Thats all it took to cancel my order on my way to work and now I don't have time to get anything else before I start my shift. Sonic, Wendy's, literally all other places start making your food right away after you pay. That's what this company is lacking, thats why ordering through the app isn't really faster.

  Service is 5 because I was in my car. It's McDonald's. You don't go there for a gourmet meal. They actually got my meal right this time.

  they suck so bad the night staff is so rude they forgot my sauce and so i waited and they seen me there and wouldn’t come to the window and then they come and say what rudely and then my burger had hard ass bread. 0/10 the night crew sucks so bad i haven't been to a worse mcdonald’s
