I went thru the drive the other day and when I got home I found out my order was incorrect. I called them back and informed them About my experience. The manager took my name and she stated she would make it right. Today I went and asked for manager and she was so polite and helpful. She had me have my food for free without hesitation and I am a happy camper. I love whataburger and their food. I chose it over Mexican food and I am Mexican American. Koodos for you guys. I would recommend them as being understanding when an error is committed. Thanks guys I appreciate you guys for your cooperation.!

I love Whataburger. I have eaten at quite a few locations in Oklahoma, Texas and Florida. This is the first time I visited the Whataburger in Enid Oklahoma. This is also the first time I ordered the fajita meal and it was absolutely gross. You look at the picture and you see a beautifully sliced tender chicken with peppers and spices and all I got was a solid piece of chicken with some greenish blue thinly layered watery sauce on top nothing was sliced the tortilla was almost a translucent color. I did take one bite just to be sure and had to spit it right out. I took the fajita to the front counter and asked if they would refund me for the wrap I would pay for the soda and the fries The lady gave me a blank stare for about 2 seconds didn't say a word turned around and walked away. So I just chucked it up as a loss and left myself. I will continue to eat at Whataburger just not the location in Enid Oklahoma it's overpriced and extremely underwhelming so if I can't help one person not go through a bad experience like this I think this review is worth it. When I saw the construction sign saying coming soon a Whataburger near you I was so excited now that excitement is pure disappointment. I will go back sometime in October of 2026 and then I'll leave an update to this review it's always worth giving a business a second try, however fool me once okay for me twice no way!

This is a jewel added to the crown of fast food restaurants in Enid. Clean, warm, & friendly atmosphere. In my opinion, the burger version of chick-fil-a. Has a few minor teething problems as any new location will have, but nothing condemable. I eat here regularly myself, and am a huge fan of their shakes... especially the dr. Pepper blackberry shake! Crewmamber Temperance is phenomenal

The fries were a perfect combination of crunch and salt. Don’t even get me started on the customer service. Want a change to your food? Done with a smile and a no problem. Definitely one of the best eateries in Enid none the less Oklahoma. Thank you for making the jalapeño burger a double! Thank you M-kaleah. Best employee around! Give her a raise! Requested by the customers and the customer is always right.
