  Don't order on app. Ordered hour ago and still Waiting. Ridiculous terrible service. Sure hope the food is good. Because service was is NOT Good!

  This location takes way to long to make fast food. I should not have to wait 45 minutes to a hour almost every single time I come here. I see crew doing nothing but standing around and why does it take over a minute to fill every single order. There is no sense of urgency in the employees. I am still standing here watching one crew literally twiddle there thumbs while another . I worked at Taco Bell it does not take 15 seconds to fold a burrito. Slowest location. No wonder the line is impeding traffic every night

  We grew up with eating this in another state since the 70’s but this was by far the BEST Taco Bell we have ever been too. Super clean, food was perfect, staff were nice and all extremely friendly and happy, like management seems to care. We do not live near here so I’m bummed that this one isn’t closer to us.

  They were busy, but acknowledged me. They were polite and acted like they are trying to keep up with everyone. They are just busy busy.

  I usually do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have been burnt far too many times. I feel like I was robbed of money I work hard for. When doing delivery orders and waiting over an hour to tonight's fiasco. Tonight I made an app order, this order had nacho fries. When I pulled up to the window they had a sign taped to the speaker saying they were out of fries. No worries, I asked if I could substitute them. They said they could with something close to that value. I paid for the $2.39 fries and the woman had offered a $2.99 burrito. I had asked if I could get 2 of the cheesy bean and rice burritos instead. Costing $1.49 each. She said the manager changed their mind and said only potato items. So she had offered 2 spicy potato soft tacos. I agreed. I got home to only one spicy potato soft taco. I contacted the store, and they said they put extra potatoes instead of what they had agreed upon. Honestly I wouldn't have minded the missing taco if it was replaced later, but I feel robbed of $1.39 and the tax. If someone had run into this inconvenience of a short order on their fries, it would be fair to either refund the customer or give them something of equal or more value for the inconvenience. This may be only my opinion, but please don't allow people to get away with theft. Also drive through cashier was cursing about something possibly in my defense, but I cant say for sure. P.S. fryer oil needs replaced.
