  Bro this Taco Bell was TRASH 💀 Online order for dine in, took 20 mins and the place wasn’t even busy. Full tattooed dudes in the back just laughing, no one moving with any urgency. Food comes out burnt, burrito is COLD in the middle, chicken carnita stuff just thrown together with sauce everywhere. Y’all need new management and some people fired fr. Sad excuse of a Taco Bell. I didn’t even get my drink

  If you’ve got a LOT of time to wait, and you’re really craving Taco Bell, sure. Go at your own risk. For us, we personally won’t be going back. We’ve been here a few times using various methods like the drive-thru, takeout, and uber eats. Each time we’ve waited AT LEAST 45 minutes for our food but on two separate occasions we’ve waited over an hour and a half in person. We typically don’t even order much. My husband gets the quesadilla combo, I get a Crunchwrap with nacho fries… that’s all. The staff can be fairly nice. It’s pretty hit or miss with them but I try to give the benefit of the doubt since it’s obvious they’re understaffed. The food is typically good tasting but very poorly put together. Quesadillas that have more cheese on the outside than the inside, Crunchwraps that are falling apart, etc.

  Asked for no sour cream and no fiesta strips on my grilled cheese burrito and for some whatever reasoning they thought huh let me just add it to the cheesy rice and bean burrito which if I asked for it to not be on one why the heck would I want it on the other, isn’t the first time I’ve had issues either (also forgot to add my large nacho fry came with the same amount that does for a regular) the only time it’s right is when LAYLY and Trin are working

  Seriously... I know it's a wait sometimes as Enid only has ONE Taco Bell... But 52 minutes in the Drive through on a Sunday evening at 5pm. I checked my Venmo receipt because I messaged my husband at 5:02 with what he wanted and there was one car in front of me ordering. By the time I got to the window I expected faster, then she took my money and I waited a few minutes longer for food. I understand if they're training and such but that was kinda more than usual. 😟give yourself time. This is why we don't really eat out often.

  Very rude employees me and my husband got two boxes already having to wait a long time to get our food and when we got it our tacos were all broken apart barely any meat and everything was just thrown together I tried to get a remake and they told me they can't do anything about it were definitely not going back here taco mayo is way better anyways I dont recommend this taco bell
