    Ordered a footlong and received one with no chili and cheese. Just mustard and onions. Go back to have it remade and they refused to remake it unless I gave them back my entire order even though i had the receipt showing my order. And never had to bring back whole order to get it corrected before. I did call and complain. Will not be going back to this sonic again. Plain ridiculous. Thank you to the guy who took my complaint and gave me coupon. Much appreciated

    The morning day shift here is awesome. I've had a carhop named Dusty the last couple times I have been there. He is always so polite and friendly. Keep up the amazing work!

    Look you guys were doing good 4 years ago food was out on time and was cooked properly abd I never had a complaint but now my chicken is coming out looking burnt but its not hard so that tells me you aren't changing out the oil in your fryer please address this issue, I promise it is not that hard to filter a fryer and replace the oil when needed.
