  Mike took my order. VERY polite and helpful. However stall 17 screen wouldn't work very well when I tried to leave a tip, so I am going to leave a review that I appreciate Enid Sonic and Mike. Next time I am in town I will have cash on me.

  30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 drinks is ridiculous, especially considering there were only 4 cars In the whole lot

  Drive thru experience. First, young man at the window appeared to be having a lengthy conversation with the customer before us. When it was our turn, our 2 milkshakes and 1 hot fudge sundae were not ready. When they were dude handed them out the window, we could have easily driven off. We did not. And our dessert was delicious.

  Little boys working 09-07-2025 need some serious customer service skills added to a resume! We came in around 10pm for some slush’s & snack foods & one person said order when your ready, so as we are deciding these little boys keep saying “are you ready to order yet”? Like dorks. It wasn’t funny. I will be putting a formal complaint with your home office this coming week. The service there is unacceptable & I’ll make sure no one from my department goes to that sonic in this town if I can help it!
