  Our server Karen did a great job tonight. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our table. Our food came out quickly, our drinks stayed full, and she checked on us without being overbearing. She made the whole experience fun and enjoyable for me and my family. We really appreciated her service and everything she did for us! BWW, please take care of her because she is one of the good ones 🫶

  I ordered 20 wings. I was expecting a mixture of drums and flats, they gave me 20 drums!

  Never been treated so badly by wait staff in my life. We walked in today for an early dinner around 4 and it was fairly busy, so we stood patiently waiting for someone to come seat us, fully expecting some delay since we are a family of 7. Several members of staff shot dirty looks at us and the strangest part was they did not say a single word to greet us or explain like "hey we are busy but someone will be right with you." Thats all it would have taken but instead they treated us like we didn't even exist. looking right threw us and not returning smiles when I made eye contact and smiled at them. It was just incredibly wierd and mean. Really put a bad taste in my mouth towards Buffalo Wild Wings in general. Kindness isn't difficult and it goes a long way.

  Place is trash. People who run the to go area also trash. Never pay attention to who’s picking up what and a very rude when explaining that a dash order has already been “picked up 3 times”.Not my problem you guys just hand the orders to whoever walks through the door. I will drop my acceptance rate on DoorDash to not get orders from here any more.

  My friend and I attempted to dine in for the first time in years. Upon arrival we were seated and provided fluid in a timely manner. However, we waited more than 20 minutes and our server never came to take our order. The restaurant was not busy and the staff were chatting by the computer. As we left the staff just watched us leave and said thank you (including our server). It was honestly very disappointing and discouraging to want to return.
