  The food is pretty good, but the inside lobby and bathroom are pretty dumpy. They just don’t feel clean. And the girls working this evening are more interested in being on their phones. My husband went to the counter for tea because the canisters at the beverage bar were empty and the girl rolled her eyes and told him “there’s tea out there”. No there was not princess, no there was not. And they did not fill it during the 20 mins we were eating in the dining room. But hey, they’re having fun in the back laughing and hollering and talking trash to each other, so I guess it doesn't matter.

  I always stop at Wendy's when I go to elk city oklahoma. I have always had good service. Today, not so much. My order was messed up twice, rude service and unprofessional employees. If you cant be friendly find another job. Wont be back for a good while.

  i’m only writing this review because me and my husband just wanted something quick for us and a few friends , and as my husband was trying to order the girl running the drive thru cut him off to give him his total in a very rude tone , she also acted like she couldn’t be bothered , god forbid someone has to do they’re job . she was very rude and unprofessional. the food is whatever. but i’d appreciate trying to order food and not having someone interrupt me to give me my order in a rude tone.

  Went through the drive thru at 9pm. My cheeseburger was cold, as were the fries. The chicken nuggets were fine. Had we not said something, they would have forgotten my frosty. Only reason I’m being “generous” with my star rating is because the bathroom was clean. I stopped in there before going through the drive thru. None of the employees said hi or smiled while I was in there. They were not busy.
