  Went here with my softball team. One lady (didn’t catch the name) was awfully rude and messed up a couple orders. Yes, we’re a team and it’s annoying to make so many orders, but the attitude and rudeness was so unnecessary.

  I stopped at a McDonald’s late one night during our spring trip while driving to Amarillo expecting a quick stop for food at 8pm, but it turned into one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. We waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes, and when I politely asked at the window why it was taking so long, a lady suddenly came storming up and said “Because we’ve got stuff to do, unlike you.” That was one of the most disrespectful replies I’ve ever received from someone in customer service. Another employee then came to the window who seemed much calmer and tried to fix the situation, she even offered us a large mocha drink for free and said she made it “with love.” While talking with her she told us the woman who spoke to us like that was actually the manager and that her name was Shy, and that she was going through a lot personally. I understand people go through tough times, but that doesn’t justify storming at customers like that. We also ordered two kids meals, and everything seemed fine until our son opened his fries and there were basically just crumbs left, although I will say the nuggets were fresh, can’t deny that. To make things worse we were traveling to Amarillo and because of the long wait this stop made us almost an hour late, and when we checked the rest of the food we ordered three Quarter Pounders that looked undercooked and barely touched the grill. We then asked if they could give us some app points she went NOPE,she then asked us to come over and get it replaced and didn't even offer us a refund. This was honestly the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, our spring vacation was going great until we stopped here, so thanks to Mrs. Shy, the manager, for turning what should have been a quick stop into a terrible experience — what goes around comes around.

  I've been coming to McDonald's for quite some time in my travels and I got to say this is the first McDonald's in the last year and a half where my breakfast was very edible biscuits were done right there was no issues both ladies at the first window in the second window were very friendly which really made my experience great because normally I get very rude people at the window but this time it was very great and whoever's training these folks needs to go to the other stores and train them as well again very excellent at this store
