- HHHuachucaThunderAug 16, 20251.0Food order was very wrong, even after the order was repeated and shown on the screen. Two # 3 combos with extra onions, tots, and drinks. Order was brought out and only one combo and an extra burger arrived. Told the carhop and someone else came out with the receipt and said they could make this right, but since I paid with a card, the order would have to be refunded and then the card be ran again? Why? Just go back and get the tots and Dr. Pepper that was missing. Was told that could not be done and we would have had to pay that again. We were pretty upset at this time and told them to refund the card and they can have the food that was brought out originally back. Got the refund and then left and visited Braums across the street for our meals. What I do not understand is how the order was repeated exactly how it was ordered and even showed on the screen, but totally wrong when it got to our car? Will not be eating at this Sonic for a while.
