Almost made me stop eating at taco bell forever. Food was so nasty and stale. I want to sue them.

Absolutely horrible! Management is horrible and food was horrible. First of all, they wouldnt take my $100 bill, the lady in charge acted like she didnt give a crap, said she couldn't take it and walked off. No apology or anything, secondly my daughter ordered meat and cheese tacos and when we got them there was hardly any meat or cheese in the taco, it was all shell. When showed to the person at the counter, there response was "well you only ordered meat and cheese." Yes, meat and cheese not a plain taco shell. They acted like they didnt care whatsoever and I can gurantee you if the roles were reversed, they would have been disgruntled as well. As a manager or the one in charge she needs to learn to make her customers food how she would want hers made and to act like she cares. I would highly recommend getting some better management and better training in this location.
Store is cold and sterile.looks like a prison guard designed it.chairs are ugly and hard.food was terrible and they had no spoons.what happened to the fun taco bell of 90's

Every time the neck tattoo guy is on. The line my food is wrong. At this point I’m thinking personal. This has been going on for several months and I don’t complain. Beans in my tacos, who does that, smh. Never again will I eat at this location.
We went inside and the woman gave us something we did not order. Then she started saying that we had asked for it. After that, she returned our money and claimed that we had made a mistake with the order. She started making a scene. I told her we only wanted one quesadilla.
I even told her, “It’s okay, not a big deal,” trying to calm the situation, but she kept insisting that we were wrong and that we had said “chalupa.” It’s not my responsibility if she was not paying attention or was not focused on the order.
She kept bringing up the first order and was rude the entire time. While she was packaging the quesadilla, she said that we didn’t know how to speak English. “Quesadilla” is a Spanish word. Her tone was rude and it felt discriminatory, completely uneducated.
