  Went to Taco Bell expecting a quick, simple order and got the opposite. They were out of Baja Blast, which is fine—but what isn’t fine is how I was treated after that. While I was calmly talking to my brother deciding on a different drink, a woman who appeared to be the manager stepped in with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. There was no reason for it. I wasn’t holding up the line or causing an issue—I was simply figuring out my order. Her behavior was unprofessional, undermining, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. If this is how customers are treated over something this minor, that’s a serious problem. Do better.

  I ordered two Baja blast. They told me the machine was getting worked on come back tommrow. I come back today they still said the machine is down.

  I got the wrong order in the drive through, come all the way back and ive been standing here in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting on tje correct order. Literally was the only customer here for over 10 minutes and still have yet to get my food. Im counting at least 7 workers here blabbing about firing someone for taking too long on theit break. Im never stepping foot in this location again. Just got asked "what was your order again ?" For the 3rd time !!!
