No greeting walking in, the dude just stood there without saying anything looking at me, the team members had a sense that they tolerate each other. This visit was not a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, unwelcoming and there was no customer service that was worth dealing with... but still left a tip for them. Find people that want to smile and help people.

The employees offered no greeting when we walking in the door and the guy only spoke to me to ask if my friend and I would be paying together or separately. No “thank you” or “have a good day” or anything like that. Didn’t help that he had earbuds in both ears. As a food service worker myself, that’s pretty disappointing to see.

Online platform was bugging so I called the location and there was a very helpful young international man. He was ready when I came to pick it up later that day. No problems great service
