  This is probably the third or fourth time that I have had to wait over 30 MINUTES FOR TWO DRINKS. I personally don’t care if they are understaffed. This will be the last time that I EVER order from this location. It would be in your best interest to go to the other sonic on Covell.

  Horrible experience. Ordered twice through the app at this location and both times we checked in and waiting over 30 minutes to get two drinks. Tried to call and either the phone doesn’t answer or they hang up on you. Went today to go through the drive thru. Waiting and no one answered at the microphone. Waited in line for 20+ minutes to get to the window and the employee said we’re closing the drive thru and not taking anymore orders. No communication or sign on the drive thru anywhere. Very disappointed in the multiple negative experiences.

  I just got food in the drive-through today store #1961 on March 23rd 2026 . I’ve never really had a problem at the sonic until today when I literally got my child a slush, a chili cheese, Coney and mozzarella sticks. I got the slush no problem but then I was sitting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes waiting for my food while they were just the employees were goofing off inside and I think my food was sitting in there and no one attempted to hand me it because two employees asked me what I ordered, and when I told them what I ordered, they slammed the window in my face into another lady that gave me the slushy handed me the food and apologize. I literally just took the food from her and drove off. I felt like it was very inconsiderate and rude how they treated me I will not be going back.
