We each ordered a bagel, the buzzer never went off, the bagel was cold, and it was not sliced. I was told by the staff that you need to request it toasted and sliced, even if you are having it here, and even if you ordered it with cream cheese. That doesn't make sense to me. I thought you all should know.

Tonight, as I sit here writing, I just overheard a manager call the staff together with the sole purpose of thanking them for how hard they were working. She then came out to check on team members who were cleaning. I could hear all of them saying kind things to each other..... That.... impressed me. Taking time to show kindness means more to me than anything else. It's been a hard day... with some much "unkind" news all around me. To hear that ... unprotected kindness.... felt good. Thank you 💚
