  The wait time at this location is horrible not only that the customer service is definitely not on point and when you try to speak to the manager about it, she takes it personally I waited over 20 additional minutes equaling 40 minutes for my food because I asked what was a long wait time about she got offended They’re consistently shorthanded, and the person that runs it in the front is slow as hell.

  Placed an online order at 5:30 to pick up at 7:00, got there at 7 and was greeted with an attitude from the two girls at the front. I was told they were busy a they didn’t know when my food would be ready. About 10 minutes later they called my name, a few things missing which they got for me. I only had a 1/2 mile drive home and the food was ice cold and had the most horrible plastic taste to it that the 100 wings that we ordered and spent $165 on were practically inedible. So my food WAS ready and most likely sat there before someone realized I was there and gave it to me. Absolutely waste of money and we still had 6 hungry people since the only thing really consumed was fries.

  Went to the website to place an order for 1 combo meal at 6:30 checked out and it told me that it would be 53-58 minute wait.I show up to the store at 7:40 and was told that it was now going to be another 30 minutes. Granted it is on New Years Eve but the website should tell you the wait time before you pay online. Now instead of eating at a decent dinner time I now have to wait until 8:30, 8:45 when I finally get home.

  First time and dissapointed after hearing feedback better than Buffalo WildWings The bone on wings I recieved did not look like menu pics. Very little meat and dried and like jerky crunchy. Not mosit no flavor. Very little sauce on wings. Fries I requested no seasoning my order was warm had seasoning. The fountain machine was low on carbonation. I was the only person in resturarunt so the crew had plenty of time to get order right and should have been hot and fresh. Needs some addtional follow-up trainig to make sure everyone is still working on the same goal. I will wait and try maybe another time. Good Luck

  So let me preface with ultimately they corrected the issue. That being said, my wife placed an online order. Arrived, and waited. Eventually going inside. Upon arrival, there were people who came in after, placed an order and got their food ahead of ours. On top of that, there were employees getting their food made and eating up front at the counter. Someone was in the back, and could be heard sneezing over and over. Lastly, the order was incorrect. My wife called up when she got home, and was initially told she would have to wait until she got back up there to fix their mistake. After calling back, and explaining that we should not have to wait to get an order fixed, as it should be prepped and ready when she gets back up there..they obliged. When my wife arrived, no apologies. No smiles. Just “here is your food”. Since opening, their food has dropped in quality and it seems their service has as well.
