I feel my order was pretty simple, two combo meals and two order of chicken tenders. Everything seemed fine even after being told to pull forward and park when there was nobody else in the drive-thru. I’m going to stop pulling forward as it is a huge inconvenience. The employee brought out my food and was pleasant and then asked if we had a mobile order. I decided to check the food to make sure it was right only to notice that we were missing a sandwich. They said keep the food and they will remake our order. After waiting 10 more minutes, they said it would be 15 more minutes. We asked for our money back. Ended up waiting more than 35 minutes for a simple order. I will never visit that location again and I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure everyone I know that lives in that area never goes there again. Obviously this location has a major issue and it usually starts with the ownership and the managers.
