The staff at this location allowed an order to be picked up for delivery without confirming the order was complete. As such, I am now sick in bed without the smoothie from an order I paid $30+ for. When I called to request a refund for the smoothie they said there's nothing they can do (despite ordering it through their app) but if I wanted to come in they will make it for me. Clearly if I wanted to come in, I would've done so in the first place. I haven't had this issue or such a response from other locations. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie, for stealing my money through employee incompetence.
