The issues at this Taco Bell are deliberate. The evening crew consistently serves cold meat, stale taco shells, and downsized portions. This is not complicated, nor is it accidental. At first, I assumed it was just my experience, but other reviews clearly confirm the same pattern. I will not be coming back for a while. While the employees may be dissatisfied with their work, they are taking that frustration out on customers through the food. This location previously displayed a placard on the building claiming one of the highest customer service ratings in the nation, but it was removed after the store was renovated to the latest Taco Bell design. That standard has clearly disappeared.

Very disappointing visit. Cold, old food and rude employees—what a combo. The staff was rude and unfriendly, which just made the whole experience worse. Customer service matters, and this location missed the mark completely. I understand bad days happen, but taking it out on customers and acting like we’re an inconvenience isn’t okay. Definitely not the Taco Bell experience I expect. Won’t be back.

Overnight employees ALL need to be fired and replaced. Very unpleasant and disrespectful. I politely advise I received an old stale chalupa and requested it be remade and dropped fresh. They had to remake the chalupa 3 times because it was repeatedly made incorrectly, after the 3rd time of having the chalupa remade they thought it would be funny to barely put any toppings/meat inside the chalupa and proceed to LITERALLY laugh in my face when I asked for the proper serving of meat. This was a mobile order and upon arriving 20 minutes after placing the mobile order, I sat and waited another 13 minutes for the order to be made and still received old/stale, overcooked food. The nasty drive thru worker and line employees failed to adequately read and comprehend the on screen order in which I received an incorrect drink, no silverware, the incorrect sauce (even though they confirmed in person again what sauce I requested) , overcooked steak quesadillas and potato soft taco (the tortillas were black from being burnt and over cooked), and again the chalupa had to be remade 3 TIMES!!!! If I were a secret shopper I would fail this location so miserably they would be receiving a visit from the general and district managers. How did the line cooks pass the computer training but can’t make a simple chalupa, quesadilla or taco?? We need answers “Taco Bell” because I could get back there and make it better myself. If you need me to come and train your nasty attitude night shift employees and show them how it’s properly done, I would be more than happy to. I previously worked for Taco Bell at one of the top rated stores so I don’t mind sharing tips and criticism where needed (and this location definitely needs it)! I will be calling in the morning to report to the general manger this shitty experience, service and quality of food.

I asked if they had tacos........ they said yes I said okay..... and hung up i had a pretty nice convo with them shout out to Shut up he's pretty nice
