INSANE that something which has never exceeded $8.19 for me this whole semester is suddenly almost $10 and they're LYING TO MY FACE when I pull up to the window, and making giggles about how it's "so crazy the price of burritos went up". MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T DO THAT TO YOU.

I didn't want to argue, so I said "I bet there's a way, but I'll get a-" and the employee interrupted with "WOOOW those are fighting words!" After an awkward silence the employee said "I'm just kidding." I sat there stunned for about 15 seconds deciding if I still wanted to order at all. The whole experience felt really hostile and I wasn't sure I wanted them handling my food. Moral of the story: The customer is not always right, but they are always the customer.
