Asked for the franks topped fries with no sour cream, which the cashier assured me they didn’t have any on it in the first place… open my fries well I’ll be damned they put FOUR CLICKS of sour cream on them! Thank god I’m not allergic because that’s straight up crazy. Didn’t even bother calling (this time) because pretty much every time I do they just go “oh gee! How weird!” … my love for Taco bell will take me 20+ minutes into town to the 2nd street location because they actually care!

The last three times they have messed up my lunch order. I call and all I get is I'm sorry. Yes you are. Learn to read your order board and do a better job. Lunch people at this store sucks.
