- CPC PEMBERTON2 days ago1.0As dozens of others have commented, this is absolutely the worst of all Sonics. And nowadays, that's really saying something. When I go there, it takes forever. At least 50% of the time my order is wrong, or something is missing. If I order Sonic through DoorDash and it comes from this location, I wait forever. The drivers don't get paid to wait, so they usually unassign from the order after waiting 15 minutes or more (which is crazy because I know that DoorDash gives them time to prepare the order before sending the driver) causing an even longer delay. They do not package orders for delivery like other Sonics. Not only is the bag not sealed, they use the smallest bag that they can cram the into. So the bag is open and food is sticking out the top. It was windy the last time that ordered for delivery, the driver set the order on my porch and left as instructed. Before I could get there the wind blew the sack over and l large portion of my order dumped ot on my filthy porch. Our Blizzards had the tall plastic lids with the large hole in the center. Again, no seal over the opening, just left wide open. So I guess that if you drver has a cold and coughs or sneezes on the way to you, you may end up with extra toppings.

Never going back again. ............ Add-on....after I posted this review, I had a response from what it says is the owner saying to call a certain number if I wanted my review to be posted. I tried to call that number, it turned put to be the number to sonic and the person I spoke to was not interested in helping me. Then acted like he was cutting out to were I couldn't understand him. What a joke.
