Attn:mgr Today at 1230 you had some issues. Let me give you some advice. Let the person waiting at the drive thru speaker,something! Like, we’ll be with you in a moment. I waited along with 4 cars behind me for a good 5min. Then I drove up to window and still would not acknowledge me! What a joke.

Two car stalls had broken card readers. I was unfortunate to have parked in both stalls twice in a row.

Went after school to grab some drinks for me and my family. The guy forgot to give me my card back and when I came back was estatic to see us back. He was very kind and returned the card with gift vouchers. Love this sonic so much always a good time

Whoever the manager is working at 5:03PM PST 7/31/25 at this location was rude, and refused to help.
Called in to try and attempt an inquiry, said he doesn't know the HR number, said he didn't know how to transfer, and had a very poor tone of voice as if he did not want to work there.
Please fix this before corporate is formally addressed about a worker with such a poor attitude and attention to detail.
WILL BE TELLING everyone I know to stop doing ANY AND ALL kinds of business here.
