Then it sounds like she's taking payment for an order. Then I hear what sounds like pans again. I ask if she's still taking orders and no response. My phone shows the call lasted 4min 57sec. I finally hung up and called the Santa Fe location, also in Edmond. I drove past the first location to go to the Santa Fe store. Literally SENDING customers to competitors.
