However, tonight I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and instead of hot fudge, it was just chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup. If you don’t have the ingredients to make something on the menu, let the customer know! Don’t have me out here paying for something I never wanted in the first place.

Today I waited 35 minutes for my order before requesting a refund and leaving. Manager Trevor is more concerned with keeping drive-thru times low than serving customers in the lobby. At least 25 customers were served after I ordered. There were several other tables waiting just as long. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
