    Ordered and was charged for the double Big Mac but only received a regular Big Mac. No one answers the phone when you have an issue with a drive up order. Not the service you used to get from McDonald’s.

    Do not come here if you unless you want to wait at least 15 minutes for order. It never fails. Currently about 15-20 in the lobby waiting on orders and drive through backed up. Very confused as to how this continually happens.

    They get my order wrong pretty much every time. Whether it's forgetting the sauce for the nuggets, forgetting the bacon on a bacon qtr pounder, or giving me a chicken biscuit instead of a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. It's almost always wrong. I will say the food that I do receive, which is almost always the thing I DID NOT ORDER, still tastes good.

    Food has been gross there for a while. They mess up our orders and the food always looks old like it has been sitting all day. I have called the district manager and she told me it would be corrected but that was over a month ago. I am tired of waisting money.
