  Terrible customer service. I order a single breakfast sandwich on the app for curbside. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my food. I sat in the curbside parking spot for 14 minutes. At one point I went inside to hopefully retrieve my own order. The employees acted like they didn't know how to even speak or look at the customers. One customer was asking for someone to take his order and they all looked at each other for several minutes before an actual employee finally came from the back to take his order. I eventually gave up and went back to my car. They prioritize the drive thru so I suggest only going through the drive thru so you receive your food quicker.

  This place is supposed to be open 24 hours. I have tried to place orders through DoorDash, and the store is always closed. But I have also tried to place late night orders through the drive-through and I get no response while at the drive-through, or I have been told that they’re “not accepting orders anymore”. I don’t Understand why this is a thing at a 24 hour place. Im a AGM at a restaurant that’s stays open late and this is terrible. This store could do so much in sales if they would actually stay open 24 hours for door dash and drive through in this college town, but they choose not to because they’re lazy.

  Unfortunately this location has fallen apart. Very disrespectful and arrogant childlike employees and management. Food was soggy and cold. Found 2 hairs in my nuggets. Nuggets were like rubber. Good luck working at a McDonald’s for a career LOL! Especially this one. Do yourself a favor and go to whataburger, not much better. Definitely better than that sorry excuse for a location servicing food. Yikes is the word. Yikes indeed😬

  On Feb 6th around 12:10 am.The Short Mexican girl working the drive thru with headsets on is very rude and unprofessional. She was rude to customers infront of me than got rude with me too. If she hates her job she should not be doing customer service. She needs to get fired. I m pretty sure I m not the only one who she showed attitude and rudeness too.
