  These guys are so amazing hahaha. First of all, I came in and was like the most annoying picky customer and changing my mind over and over and just being like the worst. Well guess what. Every single one of them was just insanely kind and friendly and working very fast and efficiently regardless. They are the literal “Jimmy’s John’s Sandwhich Guy” vibe that was like classically marketed. These guys bring the myth to reality modern day

  Tables are dirty, sandwich had 1 piece of meat on the new Rueben sandwich. Waste of money. The bread was burnt to a crisp. Employees don’t care or they wouldn’t have served this to me. Avoid this location off Memorial rd east of Boulevard

  Hello, I am visiting from out of town. I had placed an order online. I hadn't ordered from you all in years. I had worried I messed up the address or my order had been misplaced. The customer service provided was top notch. The store reassured me and let me know the driver should be there soon. Even after the delivery, the checked with me to ensure I received it. They never made me feel like I was bothering them, although I was anxious about my order. Thank you for your awesome service.
