  I’ve been a regular customer at this Jimmy John’s since it opened many years ago. Over time, I’ve noticed the high employee turnover, and I was even once told by an employee that the owners live in Florida and don’t really care about this location. Despite that, the food was ok, and the prices were reasonable—at least before the company was sold to an equity firm. On occasion, I’ve purchased a couple of sub rolls along with my sandwich order without any issue. However, tonight around 8:30 p.m., I asked to purchase one extra sub roll with my sandwich. There were two male employees behind the counter, and the one working near the meat slicer told me he couldn’t sell me a roll because they “might run out.” This struck me as odd, considering there was a tall rack full of trays of bread clearly waiting to be used. They were closing in about an hour and a half, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he had a beard that was poorly groomed and unprofessional looking. I truly believe he could have sold me one sub roll but chose not to, seemingly on a power trip. I’ve purchased extra buns here many times in the past and have never had a problem until now.

  Moved here from Midwest city who’s location is awesome. This location isn’t great. The first time I ordered I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time not so much all the ingredients are somehow warm and the bread isn’t but it’s hard as a rock on the bottom. The ingredients have also tasted off both times so I’m really not sure what’s going on. Gonna try to the other location in Edmond cause I do love jimmy John’s but don’t go to this location.

  I’d give this place a zero if I could. This location used to be really good. Key word is used to be. It just went downhill. They don’t have delivery drivers anymore. They use Uber Eats now to deliver sooo if you want to pay cash they’ll cancel your order if you order on their app. Plus they always don’t give you your drink. I ordered toasted show up cold and hard as a rock. With no drink again. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but they keep messing it up. Save your money or go to a different one.
