    Tried this location multiple times and each time, even though it isn’t busy, the staff has been standoffish and even on occasion, rude. It is deeply disappointing that this location is being managed in a way that seems to condone this kind of consumer relationship. As someone who really enjoys HTeaO, I was excited to have one so close to my house but I think I’ll continue to make the drive over to May and Hefner because going here isn’t worth the hassle.

    I just want to thank the manager and the team there for their wonderful service! They made us some Spiced Orange Tea unsweetened and they didn’t have to. They were all so friendly when we came in and it was just a wonderful experience of great customer service! I will definitely be coming to this HTeaO store for now on….

    First time trying this location, the tea is incredible and the prices are great!! I would’ve given 5 stars, but the staff didn’t seem very warm and appeared a bit annoyed, though it may have just been an off day. Still the best tea around!

    I love this place. Excellent green tea and the new Rose Creek location in right by me. The prices are great and it is convenient to grab a quick drink.
